1. Dare to Lead™ Face2Face.

  • Our most popular leadership development program.
  • A two-day, in-person workshop.
  • Co-facilitated by both Lead with Courage founders. This powerhouse duo will ensure participants get a comprehensive and compelling learning experience over two full days.
  • Four hours of pre-work required before the workshop.
  • Each participant will attend a three-hour Courageous Leadership Integration post-workshop webinar to embed their new daring leadership skills, learnings and behaviours.
  • Individuals who successfully complete the 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and earn a Dare to Lead Trained badge for online use.

Program location & dates

  • Designed with leading global experts to deliver a live online learning event that immerses you in an interactive program over eight weeks. 
  • Engage in a blend of live online, discovery breakout and individual reflection sessions.
  • Co-facilitated over seven sessions across eight weeks (with a one-week mid-course break.)
  • Includes a weekly, 3-hour live online workshop from 10 am – 1 pm on Thursdays, starting 19th October 2023.
  • 45 minutes of pre work is required before the first live online session.
  • Go deep in with a one-hour self-discovery session every week.
  • All sessions must be attended and participated to be recognised as Dare to Lead trained.
  • Individuals who successfully complete the 24-hour online Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and earn a Dare to Lead Trained badge for online use.

More about Dare to Lead™

The Dare to Lead™ program, based on over 20 years of research by Dr Brené Brown, focuses on humanising the workplace by exploring who we are and how we lead.

The most significant finding from Brené’s research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. And you can’t be a successful leader without them. 

Experience the Dare to Lead™ program with us – certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators and founders of Lead with Courage, Tammy and Kerry. We trained directly with Brené, with permission to bring this empowering program to Australia. 

You will feel like Brené is in the room with you. 

Together, we will guide you to develop these courage-building skills so you, your team, and your organisation can move away from armoured leadership and embrace daring leadership.

The Dare to Lead™ program is not for spectators. 

It’s interactive and experiential; you will grow through deep self-reflection, hands-on activities, and much discussion. It demands total commitment and engagement.

This program has revisions and inclusions that address the challenges faced in today’s uncertain environment. 

It includes three hours of exclusive video content with Dr Brené Brown that is only available to program participants. Pre-work and post-work questionnaires and workbook tasks are also required to receive your Dare to Lead certificate of completion.
