Terms & Conditions

To register for a ticket to one of our programs or events, you agree to follow certain rules.

You must be 18 years of age or the legal age of majority where you reside.

You must not have previously been suspended or removed from a Lead with Courage event or program.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or, if you are using the Lead with Courage booking platform (website) on behalf of any other Person, for that Person (the Registration Data).

You also agree to update this Registration Data if any details change from the purchase date, event, or program attendance date.

If you are buying the ticket on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant Lead with Courage all permissions and licences provided in these Terms.

Registration by Attendees

You become an Attendee when registering for an Event through Lead with Courage. When registering for a Lead with Courage event or program, an Attendee must provide their full name, phone number, email address, and any additional information required for the specific event or program.

Fees

The full amount of fees will always be listed on the website checkout page, or email with the invoice, and any early bird discounts will automatically be applied and/or via the nominated discount code.

Payment.

Attendees must use whatever payment processing method is available via the purchasing section on the Lead with Courage website.

Upon an order being placed by an Attendee and confirmed through Lead with Courage, Lead with Courage generates a confirmation email. It issues a unique confirmation number for such Attendee’s order.

Refunds.

No refunds. Tickets are transferable up to seven days prior to the event, with notice provided to Lead with Courage in writing.

If you cannot attend the event due to illness.

Your safety and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. Please help us to create a safe environment by not attending any face-to-face event or program if you are unwell. Credits will be arranged for those that cannot attend due to illness, with a medical certificate provided.

Notices.

Notices to you may be sent via email or regular mail to the email address associated with your registration as an Attendee.

Program Accreditation.

For specific programs, such as Dare to Lead ™, completion of pre-work and 100% attendance for both the workshop and Integration Session is required for the Dare to Lead™ participant certificate. Non-completion of the pre-work impacts the value you and others get from the workshop.
